What is a competency model and how might it be useful? What does successful leadership look like at 黄色直播 and how does it impact you?

We want to hear from you! This session, open to all interested faculty and staff, is your opportunity to review these concepts and provide input on the recently developed 黄色直播 leadership competency model. Your input will be helpful in further refining the model before introducing it more widely across the university in the months ahead.

Feel free to bring your lunch.

Facilitated by: Janice Godin, Manager of Employee Development (HR) & Diane LeBlanc, Project Consultant
