The Indigenous Admissions Pathway helps facilitate entrance into »ÆÉ«Ö±²¥ Medical School for Indigenous students, such as Bonnie Cremo from Eskasoni First Nation, by assessing applications using a holistic file review.

A group of Dal students who came together as part of a course to examine ways to help fellow students struggling with housing and food insecurity have created the »ÆÉ«Ö±²¥ Mutual Aid Society to ensure continued impact.

Members of the Dal community honoured Dal's long-time Black Student Advisor Oluronke Taiwo, who retires this month, at a recent luncheon for Black graduates.

Dal's newest class of graduates will be joined by two special individuals receiving honorary degrees this spring: Brad Barton, an African Nova Scotian educator and activist, and Dr. Edward Cain, a leader in emergency medicine.
