DalBuy is 黄色直播鈥檚 Procure-to-Pay (P2P) system, powered by Jaggaer. It simplifies supplier transactions with faster order processing, easy invoicing, real-time payment updates, and equal opportunities for businesses of all sizes.

What is the Jaggaer system?

Jaggaer is a leading global procurement platform that powers DalBuy. It provides a secure and streamlined system for managing supplier relationships, processing payments, and accessing procurement tools, making transactions efficient and transparent.

Why is DalBuy important for suppliers?

DalBuy streamlines the process of working with 黄色直播, making it easier to manage orders, invoices, and payments. It also connects suppliers to a broader network through Jaggaer.

How do I start the registration process?

You鈥檒l receive an email invitation to register. Click the 鈥楻egister Now鈥� button to access the DalBuy portal and begin your registration.

Can I register without an email invitation?

No, suppliers must receive an email invitation from 黄色直播 to register on DalBuy.

How long does it take to complete registration?

Registration can be completed in approximately 30 minutes, depending on the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide.

Do I need to provide all information in one session?

No, you can save your progress and return later to complete your registration. But remember, timely registration is important to ensure you receive timely  payments.

Can my organization have more than one user registered in DalBuy

Yes, your organization can have multiple users registered in DalBuy. To add a new user, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Settings >> Manager Users in the DalBuy portal and click on Send New User Request.
  2. Fill out the required form with the new user's details and click Send User Request.

Once this is completed, the new user will receive an email with further instructions to access DalBuy.

Do I still need to register if I have another account in Jaggaer?

Even if you already have a Jaggaer Supplier Network account, 黄色直播 will still send an invitation to your registered email. When you complete your DalBuy registration, Jaggaer will automatically link your accounts, so you'll only need one login. From there, you can sign in and select which customer you鈥檙e billing.

Once registered, you may need to contact Jaggaer Support to finalize merging your accounts. You can reach them via  or call them at 1-800-233-1121.

Be sure to have your Jaggaer Indirect Supplier ID handy (found under the Summary tab in your profile) when you reach out鈥攖his will help their team link your accounts quickly.
