The Horticulture Environmental Adaptation Lab operates under the umbrella of plant ecophysiology and is very focused on applied science. Horticulture, like many industries, is facing a variety of environmental stresses. To better combat these stressed, our lab studies existing technologies or develops novel technologies to improve horticultural crop germination, growth, yield, and/or stress tolerance. The overall goal of this lab is to develop an understanding of these technologies and share that knowledge with those who could benefit most
